So you’re left trying to piece things together on your own, wondering why you don’t feel like yourself even when everything looks fine on paper.
You’ve tried different approaches, made changes, and followed advice that works for others but you still feel off.
What you may not have heard is that these experiences are often linked to how the nervous system is responding to stress—not because anything is broken, but because the system hasn’t had the support it needs to regulate.
If you're tired of testing, and feeling like you've been led astray, consider this...
What if there's a way to understand directly from your body EXACTLY what it needs?
I’m Shayla, an Integrative Somatic Coach, mother, and lifelong student of the body.
For years, I experienced symptoms even though my labs were normal. I tried dozens of conventional and holistic but I still didn’t feel well. Everything shifted when I realized my body wasn’t broken—it was just giving signals that I didn't know how to interpret yet.
Once I learned how to listen to my body through muscle testing, I started understanding my symptoms differently. Not as problems to solve, but as signals that helped guide nervous system regulation and practical change.
In sessions, I use a body‑led approach to nervous system regulation using real‑time muscle testing so you can stop guessing and start understanding what your body needs physically, emotionally and energetically.
You want a simpler way to understand your body without overwhelm.
You’re tired of self-diagnosing and guessing what you’re dealing with.
You feel like you’ve tried everything but you’ve had limited results.
You fEEL LOST OR CONFUSED after seeking help from multiple PROFESSIONALS.
You’re struggling with digestive issues, rashes, allergies, poor sleep, exhaustion, hormone imbalances, blood sugar issues, brain fog or fluctuating moods.
With these supports in place, the nervous system can down‑regulate from chronic stress, helping reduce symptoms and restore balance.
Using nervous system feedback, we identify the most supportive next steps—such as somatic tools, lifestyle shifts, supplements, or targeted labs—so you’re not doing more than necessary.
Muscle testing provides real‑time feedback on how your nervous system is reacting to stress, helping us identify patterns and priorities.

Muscle testing is a body‑led method used to understand how the nervous system is responding in real time. It allows us to identify stress patterns, imbalances, and supportive next steps by listening to the body’s feedback instead of relying on guesswork.
Muscle testing works through the nervous system and can help identify where dysregulation or chronic stress responses are present. By understanding these signals, we can support the nervous system in moving toward a more regulated state.
Signs of an overactive or dysregulated nervous system may include persistent stress, trouble sleeping, low energy, hormone imbalances, fluctuating mood, imbalanced blood sugar, digestive issues, sensitivity to light or noise, jaw clenching, headaches and so much more.
Labs can be helpful in some situations. Muscle testing helps determine whether additional testing may be supportive, so labs are used intentionally rather than automatically. Additionally, muscle testing is not a diagnostic tool and is therefore used as a means of gathering information to inform next steps.
Absolutely! Many clients use muscle testing as a way to supplement the support they are already receiving from their primary practitioners. It's always best to check with your primary practitioner before adding to your care plan.
